Milton Heights is a 5 acre site just outside of Didcot in Oxfordshire. Greencore is designing a landscape led scheme to incorporate a mix of open market and affordable Climate Positive homes.

Greencore Homes acquired the site in 2023, and the process of securing detailed planning permission for 65 dwellings is underway. The application has been submitted to Cherwell District Council as a Reserved Matters Application, currently pending a decision. The reference for the reserved matters application is 23/03433/REM. Further progress will be made upon receiving a decision from the council, and updates will follow.
