10 Year Targets
In partnership with M&G
In 2022, M&G Investments acquired a majority stake in Greencore through its Catalyst strategy. This investment will help us to significantly expand our capacity and increase our ambition across the UK. We have already secured a partnership with M&G’s real estate business and they plan to invest up to £500 million in new developments of Climate Positive private rental and affordable housing.
The equity investment will also provide the foundation for Greencore to work with many other partners across affordable housing providers, single family rental investors, joint venture opportunities and forward-thinking landowners.
