The Greencore Academy
The Greencore Academy will open its doors for the first time in 2023.
It will offer a world of training opportunities for every member of our team and each of them will have an individual training and development plan updated every year. We will also provide training for our supply chain and other stakeholders. This will assist the skills shortage in the industry and ensure that our homes are constructed to an exceptional standard.
From 2024, the Greencore Academy will manage an annual intake of apprentices and trainees across all disciplines and we will source those people from a diverse range of backgrounds. We will create many opportunities for enthusiastic young people to start their careers with Greencore.
