Liz has extensive real estate experience including 13 years as Chief Executive of the British Property Federation. In 2008 she was awarded a CBE for services to the property industry. Liz now has a diverse portfolio of non-executive roles.

Martin brings strong governance, strategic focus and financial discipline to the business. As one of the original founders, he is passionate about the construction of low carbon housing that is fit for the 21st century.

Zach Webb
Zach leads on investments across EMEA for the Catalyst Funds at M&G and sits on the Investment Committee. Zach currently focuses on a range of purposeful businesses and platforms that are leading the transition to a sustainable economy.

Alex is an M&G Real Estate Executive board member and Head of UK and Continental European Residential, overseeing multiple active strategies with over £3.7billion of assets across UK Living, UK affordable Housing and EU Living.

Jon Di-Stefano
Jon spent 20 years as CFO and then CEO of Telford Homes Plc where he oversaw significant and sustained expansion in both business scale and profitability. Jon joined Greencore as CEO in October 2022.

Ian Pritchett
Ian is the Co-founder of Greencore. He is now the Growth and Innovation Director. Ian is a physics graduate with over 35 years’ experience in specialist construction, who has been pioneering low carbon buildings for the last 20 years.
