The Development
Located on the edge of Launton Village, overlooking the countryside, this 65 home development comprises 42 open market homes and 23 tenure-blind affordable homes. Works on site are due to start in Q2 2025 with completion in Q3 2026.
The homes have largely been aligned on an east to west axis to provide a high proportion of south facing gardens. New publicly accessible green spaces including a network of recreational walking routes are provided. The development will deliver a 23% biodiversity net gain.

Landscape-led design providing natural green spaces for health and wellbeing.

Careful consideration has been given to the design so that each home benefits from natural solar gain, thereby maximising the efficiency of rooftop photovoltaic panels and overall energy efficiency. All energy needs are targetted to be met on site through renewables.
