Posted on: April 12th, 2024 by masteruser

We’re thrilled to share that nearly half of our team has transitioned to electric vehicles (EVs). With this shift, the demand for charging infrastructure has surged.

Recently, Ian Pritchett and James Pritchett from Greencore had the privilege of visiting ⚡️Jordan Marie Brompton and her team at the state-of-the-art myenergi headquarters in Grimsby where they manufacture all of their kit including the Zappi EV Chargers .

It was an enlightening experience to witness firsthand the production process of the chargers that are now powering our fleet.

Thanks to the collaboration with SNRG, who have installed a SmartGrid which includes a 726-panel, 302kWp rooftop solar array and a 100kW/ 200kWh battery storage system. This helps to ensure our chargers operate sustainably whilst harnessing the power of the sun when it shines.

Greencore now boasts 14 Zappi chargers, furthering our mission to embrace sustainable practices and reduce our carbon footprint.

Stay tuned for more updates on our journey towards a greener future!

Greencore secures a further ÂŁ30m of equity from M&G

Posted on: April 3rd, 2024 by masteruser

We are delighted to announce that we have secured a further ÂŁ30 million of equity from M&G Investments.

The investment will be used to drive our expansion, initially by targeting land acquisitions across the South-East of England. Building on an existing portfolio of completed and pipeline projects, we are looking for new partnerships to deliver affordable and private housing for rent and for sale in addition to our existing partnership with M&G Real Estate.

Zachary Webb, Head of European Investments in Catalyst, commented “Greencore’s approach is unique and a disruptive solution with huge potential to scale. Our extra investment will create opportunities to deliver urgently needed high quality, ultra-low carbon homes, using methods and materials that showcase what the future of the UK housebuilding industry could look like.”

Jon Di-Stefano, CEO of Greencore Homes said “This investment will enable us to secure the land needed to deliver on our targets whilst supporting local communities, jobs and the environment. We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with M&G while we seek out new partnerships to help bolster our pipeline and support our target of building 10,000 climate-positive homes.”

Greencore secures BOPAS Accreditation

Posted on: December 4th, 2023 by masteruser

Greencore Homes has recently been accredited by BOPAS who provide assurance on the long-term performance and quality of offsite manufactured homes.

Having BOPAS accreditation ensures that offsite manufactured homes meet or exceed industry standards for quality and durability. Many lenders, insurance companies and warranty providers require assurance on the long-term performance of properties before offering mortgages, financing insurance or warranties on the homes.

Jon Di-Stefano, CEO of Greencore Homes said “BOPAS accreditation validates our commitment to delivering high-quality, durable properties that exceed industry standards. We can provide homeowners, lenders, and investors with the assurance they need in the long-term performance of our homes. This is a testament to our dedication to excellence and reinforces our position as a trusted developer in the market. Our BOPAS accreditation will be vital as we scale up the business to deliver 10,000 homes by 2035.”
