Great turnout in Puckeridge last night for our community consultation at Standon Village Hall.
Thank you to everyone who came along to meet the team, review the emerging plans for Café Field and share thoughtful, constructive feedback. These conversations are a critical part of how we shape our developments.
We are bringing forward proposals for 91 Better Than Net Zero homes, including 40% affordable housing, alongside new play areas and a country park designed to enhance biodiversity and create a space for the wider community to enjoy.
It was clear from the discussions just how much people care about the future of Puckeridge. That local insight will directly inform the next stage of the design as we progress our reserved matters application. Thanks to Stir Architects for joining and helping with questions.
