The Development
Working in partnership with the Landowner, Bromham Park Estate, and architects, Pollard Thomas Edwards, Greencore Homes has submitted a planning application for the Old Stable Yard.
The vision for the project is to deliver an exemplar stewardship-led, design focused, sustainable rural development in Bromham. The development is designed to provide 30 homes plus an Estate Building for the Landowner. 9 of the homes will be allocated for affordable rent and shared ownership.
