The Development
Designed by HTA Design, the 42 homes scheme incorporates a mix of 27 open market sale and 15 affordable homes located just under 3 miles from Didcot Parkway Station. The design has focussed on providing new accessbile green spaces and connections for local residents. Providing increased permeability for walking and cycling.
Works on site have started and the completion of the development is scheduled for Q4 2026.
