Working with HTA Design, a planning application is being prepared for 89 better than net zero homes, which includes 62 open market sale and 27 afforable homes.
The design concept looks to provide a new route from Haddenham into the heart of the development, along with the provision of new publicly accessible green spaces and connections through the development to the existing network of local walking and cycle routes.
