Greencore Homes has been shortlisted for the Innovation Award at the Cherwell Business Awards 2026, putting us in contention for the prestigious Overall Winner Award.

Sponsored by Oxtec Developments, the Innovation Award celebrates businesses bringing new ideas and approaches to their sector. The Overall Winner Award, sponsored by Norbar, is selected from finalists across all award categories.

For Greencore, reaching the final is an opportunity to showcase our approach to delivering Better Than Net Zero homes, combining bio-based building materials, offsite manufacture and energy-efficient design.

From our factory in Bicester, our team brings together design, manufacturing and construction expertise to create high-quality homes with low embodied carbon and low energy demand.

The Cherwell Business Awards celebrate the achievements of businesses across the district. We are pleased to be recognised among this year’s finalists and congratulate the other organisations shortlisted.
