Another exciting milestone for Greencore Homes in what has been a very busy quarter! We have secured planning approval from Cherwell District Council for 65 Better Than Net Zero homes in Launton, Oxfordshire.
This flagship project will feature 42 open market homes, 6 first homes, and 17 affordable, tenure-blind homes, with 23% biodiversity net gain and new green spaces for community recreation.
