Our planning application for 30 better than net zero homes and an Estate Building at The Old Stable Yard, Bromham, has now been validated! 

This application is a collaboration between Greencore Homes and Bromham Park Estate, delivering much-needed housing on a site allocated in the Neighbourhood Plan for development. Designed in partnership with award-winning architects Pollard Thomas Edwards (PTE), the scheme reflects a sensitive approach to placemaking, ensuring the architectural style is in keeping with its rural setting and responds to the local context.

• Bungalows included in the house mix, offering homes for all ages
• Estate Building to support Bromham Park Estate in managing the wider estate
• Over 20% Biodiversity Net Gain delivered near the site
