Unex Group and Greencore Homes to Partner for Landmark Development in Newmarket

We’re excited to announce our joint venture with The Unex Group to develop up to 123 Better Than Net Zero homes at Fitzroy Paddocks in Newmarket. This prominent 3.6-hectare site is strategically located between Newmarket’s historic high street and its famous racecourse.

Award-winning sustainable architects Gbolade Design Studio | Architects will lead the design of this mixed-use scheme, which will include Greencore’s unique new homes and a convenience store.

Adjacent to the new homes, Unex will sensitively restore historic buildings including Queensbury Lodge, Cottage and Stables, and the former White Lion pub, enhancing local heritage and revitalising Newmarket’s high street.
