We’re pleased to welcome Oliver Luard to Greencore Homes as our new Partnerships & Investment Director. With a deep expertise in partnerships led opportunities including his expertise in identifying, appraising, negotiating and delivering partnerships led opportunities suitable for multi-tenure developments, typically incorporating Open Market Sales, Single Family Rent, and Affordable Housing, will contribute to Greencore’s next phase of growth. Oliver brings a wealth of industry knowledge and established relationships that will be instrumental as we continue our rapid growth.
Oliver joins us with recent experience as Land & Development Director at Vistry Group, formerly Countryside Partnerships. His track record in building strategic partnerships to deliver multi-tenure developments will help drive Greencore’s mission to develop better than net zero homes and climate positive places.
