Great to welcome Homes England to Greencore Homes last week for a really constructive conversation on how they can better support SME developers, particularly around access to funding. The team also had a tour of our factory, where we manufacture the BIOND panels used in our Better Than Net Zero homes.

With the right financial backing, SMEs can play a far bigger role in delivering high-quality, sustainable homes at scale, and it’s encouraging to see Homes England leaning into that agenda.
